Between the Palace of Arts and the Municipal Park of Belo Horizonte there is a metal fence along the entire length of the encounter. In De Passagem, we began negotiations with state and municipal institutions to obtain permission to install a bridge between the two locations. The intangible systematisation, the bureaucracy, the unattainable sides. The size of the bridge may not measure the distance between the park and the gallery.
